You will be involved on all levels of the development of our Robovision AI platform. You will join our existing Robovision AI product team.

We are looking for an exceptional, mid to senior level customer satisfaction engineer to add serious value for our existing customers.

Responsibilities include:

Bridge the gap between running customer production deployments and development.

Communicate with customers via customer portal, predominantly via e-mail, sometimes via Chat and phone. No permanence is required outside office hours.

Identify customer requests in their communication and work together with product team.

Troubleshoot technical issues either on a local deployment, virtual system or on a screen-sharing session with the customer.

Actively collaborate with the Robovision AI product team and other colleagues from other departments to find solutions.

Communicate confidently in Business Dutch and English

Writing knowledge base articles

Follow and improve or extend the documented procedures, guidelines and policies
Must haves:

Experience in Technical Support, Professional Services, QA, Dev-Ops or Development.

Good interpersonal and communication skills with a great customer oriented mindset.

Advanced knowledge of the operating system Linux, container technology, Kubernetes, postgres database and networking.

A good understanding of programming languages (ability to interpret code in Python, Java script).

Great analytical skills to troubleshoot software problems based on extensive logs.
