Tekst is looking for a Solution Engineer. Our mission is to shape the industry standard of processing and classifying human communication using AI technologies, providing a unique user experience in navigating conversational data at scale. You will act as the primary technical point of contact for the customer, and will help to guide them through their product evaluation and implementation journey.

This role is highly collaborative and multi-faceted; you will work closely with Marketing to inform go-to-market strategies, relay customer feedback to Tekst’s Product and Engineering teams, collaborate on technical and reproducible solutions, ...

**What you’ll be doing**
• Act as a product expert and trusted advisor, externally and internally
• Customize and deliver value-centric product demos
• Drive customer onboarding and assist in configuring the Tekst platform
• Build and maintain customer-facing technical collateral and training materials
