As a site manager, you are the hub of the construction site.

- You are responsible for coordinating the sites from start to finish.
- You are the point of contact for everyone: the construction workers, subcontractors, residents, study agencies, boards, etc.
- We see your input as an added value, this is the only way we can grow as an organisation.
- You monitor site budgets.
- You ensure the preparation and follow-up of measurement and progress reports.
- You manage motivated workers and subcontractors on the site.
- You ensure efficient, safe and punctual execution of the projects.
- You actively participate in site meetings at the sites but also in the planning meeting at head office (1x/week in Ostend).
- Your fellow site managers are your sparring partners. You help each other where necessary.
- As a starting site manager, you are well supervised and supported by your project manager.
